Over time, DomusVi has become a key player in providing elderly residential and care services across Europe by expanding our geographical presence through organic growth and targeted acquisitions in seven countries: France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Ireland, the Netherlands and Chile.

In each of these countries, DomusVi is consistently one of the leading private operators in the sector and even the market leader in France, Spain, and Portugal, for example.

These countries provide the conditions that DomusVi needs to achieve its vision: a stable and open regulatory framework, a financing model that rewards quality improvement and a labour market large enough to recruit qualified professionals.

Out of these seven countries, France, Spain and Germany are particularly strategic because of the size of their population and the significant ageing trends they are going to experience.
